Christine Dekant has been serving residential real estate clients in Palm Beach County since 2012, bringing an analytical, detail-oriented approach to every transaction.
Before entering real estate, Christine worked in accounting within the renewable energy industry, a background that continues to shape the way she evaluates pricing, comparable sales, market trends, property values, and the financial considerations behind a purchase or sale.
Her clients value clear communication, practical guidance, and straightforward advice. Rather than simply presenting properties, Christine focuses on helping clients understand the numbers, the market, and the factors that can influence both current value and long-term ownership.
Christine works with buyers and sellers throughout Palm Beach County and has experience across condominiums, single-family homes, resale properties, new construction, relocation, and market analysis.
Her belief that better information leads to better real estate decisions is one of the driving ideas behind CondoWPB.com. Together with John Oliver, she co-founded the site to give buyers, sellers, and owners a more useful way to research West Palm Beach condo buildings, compare options, understand market conditions, and make informed decisions before buying or selling.

After relocating to South Florida from Connecticut in 2007, John developed extensive familiarity with Palm Beach County and the West Palm Beach condo market. His experience includes condominiums, new construction, resale properties, waterfront real estate, investment opportunities, and second-home purchases.
Whether working with an experienced investor, a seasonal resident, or someone purchasing their first condominium, John focuses on making the process understandable and manageable. His approach is centered on clear information, thoughtful evaluation, and helping clients identify the differences that matter from one building or property to another.
John co-founded DO Homes Group in 2017 and later co-founded CondoWPB.com with Christine Dekant. The site grew from a simple idea: West Palm Beach condo buyers and sellers needed a better source of building-specific information than traditional property listings alone could provide.
Today, John contributes his market experience and building-level perspective to CondoWPB.com, helping consumers research individual properties, compare buildings, evaluate new construction and resale opportunities, and better understand the West Palm Beach condo market.
