Our Goal

We work toward conformance with the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2, Level AA. These guidelines explain how to make web content more accessible to people with a wide range of disabilities.

Accessibility is ongoing work rather than a finished state. We test this site with automated tools and by hand — including keyboard-only navigation, screen readers, and browser zoom — and we fix issues as we find them. We do not claim that the site is certified, fully conformant, or free of barriers, and nothing on this page is a legal guarantee.

What We've Done

• Every form field has a visible, permanent label, not just placeholder text.
• Form errors name the field at fault, are announced to screen readers, and move focus to the field.
• A “Skip to main content” link is the first thing you reach with the Tab key.
• All interactive controls are reachable and operable with the keyboard alone, with a visible focus indicator.
• Dialogs trap focus while open, close with the Escape key, and return focus to whatever opened them.
• Text colours are checked against their actual backgrounds for sufficient contrast.
• Animations and auto-advancing photo galleries stop for visitors whose system requests reduced motion.
• Page headings follow a logical order, and landmarks (header, navigation, main, footer) are marked up properly.

Known Limitations

Parts of this site depend on services we do not control, and their accessibility is set by those vendors rather than by us:

• Live listing search. Property search and listing results are provided by IDX Broker and are hosted on a separate search site. We report accessibility problems to the vendor, and we can send you any listing information by phone or email if the search tool is difficult for you to use.
• Maps. Building location maps use Leaflet with OpenStreetMap and CARTO map tiles. Map markers are keyboard reachable and labelled, but map imagery itself cannot be read by a screen reader. Every building page also states the building's full street address in text.
• Spam protection and contact widgets. Google reCAPTCHA and our Follow Up Boss contact widget insert their own content into the page. If either blocks you from reaching us, please call or email us directly using the details below.
• Downloadable PDF reports. The monthly market report PDF is not internally tagged, so a screen reader cannot follow its tables. You do not need it: every figure in it — price tiers, the building scorecard, developer inventory — is also published as real HTML on the Downtown West Palm Beach Condo Market Report page, on exactly the same terms as the PDF: the same short form unlocks both, and you never have to open the PDF to read the report. Our two gated buyer guides are tagged PDFs but have not been fully audited. If you need the contents of any report in another format — plain text, large print, or read aloud over the phone — ask us and we will provide it at no cost, with no form to fill in.

If any part of this site is hard to use, we want to hear about it — your report is the fastest way for us to find and fix a problem. Please tell us:

• The page you were on (the web address, or the page title).
• What you were trying to do, and what happened instead.
• The browser, device, and any assistive technology you were using, if you know it.

We aim to respond within two business days, and we will always give you another way to get the information you were after.
