Which way does the balcony face?
A north-facing terrace stays comfortable through a July afternoon. A west-facing one takes the full late-day sun off the Intracoastal — spectacular at sunset, warm at 4pm in August.
Does the pool deck sit in shade?
Amenity decks on the lower floors of a tower can spend the afternoon in the shadow of the building next door. The map shows when, and from which direction.
How different is it in winter?
