Kyma's Tarazza rooftop at 151 N Olive Ave is the highest open-air dining terrace in downtown WPB, with 360-degree views that take in the Intracoastal, Palm Beach Island, and the city below. It's a full Greek seafood menu up here, not just cocktails — grilled fish, mezze, a wine program that matches the ambition of the setting.

Spruzzo at The Ben — 251 N Narcissus Ave

Before Kyma, this was the answer to every "where should we go for drinks with a view" question in WPB — and it still earns that. Spruzzo sits on the 8th floor of The Ben, Autograph Collection, and the Intracoastal views from up there are genuinely among the best in the city. The Mediterranean-inspired kitchen and cocktail program are well-executed, and on a clear evening with the light going gold over the water, there's nowhere else you'd rather be.

The move: arrive at 6:30pm during season. You get the sunset. You get the view before the crowd fills it. You stay through dark and the city looks completely different from above. Regulars know this. Now you do too.

Elisabetta's Rooftop — 185 Banyan Blvd

Elisabetta's runs a rooftop that fits naturally into a dinner-and-drinks evening rather than a destination bar night. Italian food below, the rooftop for drinks before or after — the Banyan and Flagler location, right on the Intracoastal behind The Ben, means you're already in the middle of downtown's most walkable dining stretch. Less about the views, more about the vibe. Good for groups, good for date nights, good for any evening where you want options within walking distance.

Top of the Rox — 309 Clematis St

Roxy's Pub has been a Clematis Street fixture since its Prohibition-era speakeasy days, but the rooftop above it, Top of the Rox, is a different animal entirely — and a newer one. It's the only rooftop pool bar in Palm Beach County: a 100-by-30-foot pool with private cabanas, added in a recent multimillion-dollar expansion.

This is not the casual pub downstairs. Expect a curated, produced scene — DJs, daybed seating, premium bottle-service pricing. If that's the night you're looking for, it's genuinely unique in the downtown WPB landscape. If you want low-key, stick with Roxy's Pub on the ground floor instead.
